These workshops will include mentoring and “how to” coaching for the retail Fixed Operations Managers, Service Managers, Parts Managers, Service Advisors, as well as a Quick Lane team. Highlights include:

  • Overall Service Satisfaction best practices, methods for receiving positive return surveys
  • Setting the reservation, Service Advisor introduction, customer preview of service appointment, confirmation of primary concern
  • Professional Multi-Point Inspection presentation and utilization
  • Effective selling on the drive, questions the advisor must answer before the customer buys
  • Interactive training including an activity to demonstrate the importance of the customer receiving a copy of the Multi-Point Inspection
  • Professional follow up, status calls, phone approval of additional repairs and or services
  • Feature, Benefit, Consequence and Tie Down selling technique
  • Review SYNC and demonstrate importance of having SYNC account and VHR activated
  • Active delivery role-play
