
We all like to be greeted promptly when we go out to our favorite restaurant, getting a hair cut or any other service related location.
So, obviously our service customers feel the same way right? They want to be greeted by an advisor at their vehicle, where they feel comfortable and if there is a reservation set met with a “Good Morning, Mr. Ryder and welcome to ABC Motors, thank you for being on time, let’s get started!”
This will begin the process of working with the customer very smooth and allow for them to review their primary concern or maintenance right away, describing at their vehicle. The advisor can gain permission and enter to get mileage, turn the tires and pop the hood for when they walk around with the customer.
