Jack F. Lupo
President of Dealer Service Academy. He is a highly motivated and accomplished retail professional with solid knowledge and experience in the field of assessing automotive operations. He is a proven retail change agent who teaches Dealer Principals and management how to implement and sustain new activities by successfully demonstrating the process. He has trained over four hundred retail dealerships nationwide, Ford and Lincoln Mercury, Mazda, Toyota and Volvo dealers. Jack was a guest speaker at the Chrysler Business and Service Conferences in 2012 and facilitates workshops for manufactures and independents through out North America and Canada.
His specialty is “making it happen” with the retail managers and personnel in management capacities and service drive.
Jack has initiated several tested processes that deliver the highest level of service to retail customers. His recommended areas of strength are leadership and coaching, sales and service processes as well as organizing and motivating dealership teams. He has been in the auto retail business for over thirty years and has held several high-level retail positions, such as General Manager, Fixed Operations Director and Service Manager.
He manages the in-dealership implementations, conducts Service Process Training workshops and offers assessment recommendations to dealerships. He is married with five children, and resides in Phoenix, Arizona.
